Bread making is my creative antidote for restoring my energy, and empathy. The slow rise, the shaping of the dough in loaf tins, another rise and then the scent of the bread baking fills the house. Something crafted with love to feed the family.
My cowboy guide told me if there was too much rein contact with Freckles (my ride) he (Freckles) would get angry with me!! So, I trusted! Out of the need to control and living it!!
